Terms And Conditions

Motor Cars or Limousines are available for Weddings on the basis of being reserved or pre-booked and a 50% non-returnable deposit being paid at time of reservation. Upon receiving our written confirmation and invoice, the full fee will become payable by the date shown on the booking form – 4 weeks prior to the event. In the event that we do not receive payment by the agreed times, we reserve the right to allocate the agreed date to another party. Interior rear shelf silk flower arrangements included.
Exterior Ribbons and Bows in White or Cream included if required.
Coloured ribbons to choice are available at £15.00 per car (included with Bentley, if required) or clients may wish to provide their own from their florist to complement their colour scheme. Clients may also wish to provide Chauffeurs with buttonhole flowers to match their scheme.
Fresh Interior Flowers £25.00 (Included with Bentley, if required)
Chilled House Champagne £18.00 (Included with Bentley, if required)
Chilled Veuve Cliquot Champagne £33.00
Champagne flutes used in the Wedding Car are available for purchase at £40.00
Liveried Chauffeurs available, subject to availability, at £55

Prices quoted are for up to three hours attendance from the first pick-up point and up to 20 miles from base (BB6 8AA) and a maximum of 60 total miles. Any period of time over three hours is chargeable at £40.00 per hour or part thereof and mileage over 60 miles is at £2.00 per mile or £3 per mile for S600, S500, Rolls-Royce and Bentley.

Gratuities to the Staff are at the Client’s discretion.
It is the earnest wish of the Directors of Executive Cars Ltd to ‘Make Your Day’ and we will do our best to ensure this happens, both before and during the event. To help us, we would ask that clients submit all their requirements in writing via our booking form. We would also ask you to nominate, prior to the wedding date, the person who will liaise with our Director on the day (possibly the Best Man).
